Candidates for this elite role typically possess a PhD or a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related computational field. Such rigorous training ensures the candidate can synthesize high-level technical concepts into the production-grade infrastructure required for groundbreaking discovery.


What You’ll Do

  • Architect end-to-end AI ecosystems, navigating the full lifecycle from initial conceptualization and rapid prototyping to robust, production-grade deployment.

  • Engineer sophisticated multi-agent frameworks and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that interface seamlessly with specialized research software.

  • Drive productivity enhancements by deploying autonomous tools that streamline drug discovery processes and laboratory data interpretation.

  • Optimize machine learning lifecycles by designing intelligent data feedback loops and automated workflows that refine model training efficiency.

  • Synthesize technical requirements with scientific objectives, transforming complex research methodologies into scalable, automated software solutions.

  • Maintain and refine specialized software environments, ensuring peak performance of integrated AI and research-focused toolkits.


What You Bring

  • Technical Mastery: An exceptional history of developing high-performance software tools and infrastructure, particularly using Python.

  • AI Innovation: A deep-seated fascination with—or proven expertise in—Generative AI, LLM-driven architectures, and autonomous agent design.

  • Problem-Solving Agility: The versatility to tackle ambiguous engineering challenges and a track record of high technical achievement in fast-paced settings.
