Overview
We are building a newly formed engineering organization focused on transforming how enterprise customers interact with technology products through AI-powered innovation and rapid solution development.
This team will work directly with customers, gathering feedback, identifying business challenges, rapidly prototyping solutions, and delivering enhancements that improve product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
This is not a traditional software engineering role. Successful candidates will combine strong Full Stack development capabilities with customer-facing consulting skills and a passion for applying Generative AI technologies to real-world business problems.
Engineers will regularly engage with customer stakeholders, including senior leadership and executive teams, to understand workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and design innovative AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Meet directly with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, product feedback, and enhancement requests
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, prototypes, and product enhancements
- Build and support modern Full Stack applications and microservices
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive innovation
- Present technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Participate in rapid development and solutioning sessions with customers
- Help define best practices for AI-enabled software development
- Support implementation of Agentic AI and LLM-based solutions
- Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and technical strategy
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Full Stack development background
- Advanced Python development experience
- Experience building applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience with AI Agents or Agentic AI architectures
- Strong API and microservices development experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable interacting directly with customers and executive stakeholders
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
