Summary

Miracle Software Systems is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Consultant to support a major enterprise client in Dearborn, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP FI and CO modules and must have worked on multiple S/4HANA implementations end-to-end.

Required Skills

7+ years of SAP FICO experience
Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) configuration
Hands-on experience with:
- FI-GL (General Ledger)
- AP (Accounts Payable)
- AR (Accounts Receivable)
- AA (Asset Accounting)
- CO-PC (Product Costing)
- CO-CCA (Cost Center Accounting)
- CO-ML (Material Ledger)
- CO-PA (Profitability Analysis)
Experience supporting Month-End Close processes
Experience with Substitutions and Validations
Configuration of Company Codes, Exchange Rates, Ledgers and Sub-ledgers
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and debug ABAP code

Key Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points.
Perform hands-on SAP FICO configuration and solution design.
Design and implement SAP S/4HANA financial processes and integrations.
Create high-level architecture and functional design documentation.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and development teams.
Support financial closing activities and system enhancements.
Implement testing strategies and quality standards.
Optimize application performance and recommend improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in multi-company code and multi-currency environments
Knowledge of integration with SAP modules:
- Purchasing (MM)
- Sales (SD)
- Production (PP)
Experience in Agile environments
Familiarity with SAP development technologies such as ABAP, integrations, and UI tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Information

Local candidates preferred
Senior-level role focused on SAP S/4HANA FI/CO configuration leadership
Candidates should have multiple full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations
