Project Objective

Roles and Responsibilities

· Solution Owner: Chris Murray

· PMO/Sumeeti: Will own submitting the request directly to CyberArk through the Cardinal point of contact to initiate quoting and contracting.

Scope of Services

b. Tasks:

Configure auto-rotation management for local admin passwords.

Ensure the agent successfully updates passwords on local devices.

a. Objective: Onboard service accounts and privileged access accounts to be vaulted and managed.

b. Tasks:

a. Objective: Secure vendor access for the new ARIA data center on-prem instances.

b. Tasks:

Implement CyberArk Vendor Privileged Access Management (PAM) for Varian.

Configure the environment so Varian support utilizes the CyberArk portal rather than their typical Citrix access.

· Vendor Direct: The organization prefers engagement directly with CyberArk Professional Services, rather than going through third-party partners like Ahead. Internal leadership has highly advised against using a third party due to the high risk of rolling this out incorrectly.
