Description: 

We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Developer to support the design, development, and management of our Snowflake data environment. This role will focus on creating and maintaining new tables, developing data structures, optimizing queries, and supporting data integration efforts across business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working in Snowflake, understands data modeling best practices, and can build scalable database objects that support reporting, analytics, and downstream data consumption.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, modify, and maintain tables within the Snowflake environment.
  • Design table structures based on business, reporting, and data integration requirements.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and other Snowflake database objects.
  • Work with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs.
  • Support data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes.
  • Ensure tables are created with appropriate naming conventions, data types, constraints, and documentation.
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues related to queries, tables, and data pipelines.
  • Assist with data quality checks, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
  • Follow security, access control, and governance standards within Snowflake.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support activities.

  • SQL
  • Python
  • Snowflake Data Analysis
  • Data Quality & Profiling on Snowflake
