Summary
We are hiring a senior business leader to drive growth and digital transformation initiatives across Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining, Retail/CPG, Transportation, Infrastructure, and other asset-intensive industries.
The role will own business strategy, P&L, large deal closures, strategic client relationships, consulting-led sales, and delivery oversight for global enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT Services, Digital Transformation, Engineering Services, Cloud, AI, Industry 4.0, OT/SCADA modernization, and enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and strategic account expansion

• Lead large transformation and managed services deals

• Build CXO relationships with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and business leaders

• Develop industry-specific digital, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and engineering solutions

• Lead consulting engagements around Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT, predictive maintenance, smart operations, and asset management

• Partner with hyperscalers and technology ecosystem partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, Oracle, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, and AVEVA

• Mentor client partners and lead high-performing global teams

Required Experience:

• 15–20+ years of experience in IT Services / Consulting / Digital Transformation

• Strong experience managing P&L and large enterprise accounts

• Proven track record of large deal closures and business growth

• Deep understanding of Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining, Transportation, or related industries

• Strong executive presence and consulting-led sales capability

Preferred:
• MBA or equivalent leadership experience
• Experience managing global teams and transformation programs
