Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director with a strong hunter mindset to drive new logo acquisition for IT services and Quality Engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling Dev, QA, or digital engineering services into Aerospace & Defense, EdTech, or Higher Education industries.

This role requires a strategic sales professional who can build relationships with C-level and senior technology leaders, identify transformation opportunities, and close large enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition and hunting sales strategy across Aerospace & Defense, EdTech, and Higher Education sectors.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities aligned with revenue targets.

  • Sell IT services including Development, Quality Engineering, Automation Testing, and Digital Transformation solutions.

  • Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, and senior technology leaders.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.

  • Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and leadership to create winning proposals.

  • Execute strategic account planning and territory management to maximize market penetration.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience in New Logo Hunting / Net-New Business Acquisition.

  • Experience selling into Aerospace & Defense industry.

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services, QA services, or technology consulting.

  • Strong understanding of Dev and QA services / Quality Engineering solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Background

  • Sales experience in one or more industries:

    • Aerospace & Defense

    • EdTech

    • Higher Education

  • Experience working with IT Services, QA/Testing Services, or Digital Engineering companies.

  • Proven success closing large enterprise services deals.

  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
