Entry-Level Data Center Technicians for a large-scale data center construction project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic, construction experience, military experience, or hands-on electrical/mechanical backgrounds who are looking to build a long-term career in the rapidly growing data center industry. No telecom experience? No problem. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Data Center Technician, you'll work alongside experienced professionals helping build a state-of-the-art data center campus. Responsibilities include:
- Pulling and routing low-voltage cabling
- Installing and assembling server racks
- Drilling and securing rack systems
- Labeling and organizing cabling infrastructure
- Porting and terminating connections
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Supporting daily construction and installation activities
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications- Experience in a similar environments such as:
- Construction
- Manufacturing
- Warehouse operations
- Electrical work
- Military service
- Skilled trades
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work on your feet and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Ability to pass a drug screen and BGC
Preferred- Low-voltage or telecom experience
- Cable pulling experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of CAT5/CAT6 cabling
- Data center exposure
- Electrical wiring experience
Work ScheduleTypical Schedule:- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
? Overtime is common, with employees typically working
58-64 hours per week during startup phases.
Compensation & Benefits- $20.00 - $21.00/hour

Safety RequirementsCandidates must wear:
- Composite Toe Boots (Steel Toe Not Allowed)
- High-Visibility Safety Vest

- Level 3 Cut Gloves
- Type 3 Class E Hard Hat with Chin Strap
OSHA-10 Certification Required- If you do not currently have OSHA-10, assistance will be provided during onboarding.
