Summary

Job Title: Specialist/Operations Manager

Duration: 3-months (potential to become permanent-CTH)

Location: Remote, within EST/CST time zone

Schedule & Time zone expectations, Monday-Friday-8:00am 5:00pm)

Imp notes:

Working with the sales department but working with contracts and BDM s. No sales will be made by the contractor, just hand in hand with the sales team
Is legal background needed? It s nice to have/understand, however they will not be doing a lot of red lining. Role is standard contracts, 3 mainly used.
MDU experience? Not required, but strong contracts experience is needed
Time zone? They can be MST/PST but must work EST/CST (worker location MUST BE listed for consideration)
Adobe experience? Nice to have, but can be trained

Typical day look like

Scheduled meetings (BDM s), meetings with various accounts throughout the week regarding different contracts being worked on.
Getting new contracts out to BDM s
Receiving additional information where needed
Closing contracts and closing things out in the system
Heavily process oriented
All work will be completed through a template, as there is no contract system
Dealing with Sales people, all working amongst the same team

Team Environment

One contract manager that they d train with and partner alongside of.
