As a Technical Project Manager III in Commercial & Investment Bank - Payments Technology team, you will produce engaging, original, and on-brand material across digital platforms (social media, websites, video, blogs) to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Key duties include researching trends, scripting, and writing copy to drive traffic, with a strong focus on analyzing performance metrics and optimizing content. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.

Job responsibilities
  • Generate daily, high-quality, and engaging content (written, video, image) tailored for platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas, staying updated on trends to ensure content resonates with the target audience.
  • Actively manage social media channels, including community interaction, posting, and monitoring engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Jira/Confluence knowledge is a plus to report metrics and build roadmaps
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and creativity
  • Proven work experience as a content creator or in a similar role
  • Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve
  • Technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Scrum master/ Agility Lead experience
