Job Overview:
Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- 5+ years of Commercial Lending domain experience.
- Strong knowledge of Construction Loans and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending.
- Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Servicing.
- Strong knowledge of Draw Management, Disbursements, and Credit Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Underwriting, Covenant Monitoring, and Risk & Regulatory Compliance.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Support end-to-end construction loan lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, approval, servicing, and payoff.
- Analyze loan draw processes, inspections, disbursements, covenant tracking, and project monitoring requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and business rules.
- Support UAT, defect management, and production implementation activities.
- Collaborate with lenders, credit teams, risk management, operations, and technology teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with lending platforms such as AFS, ACBS, nCino, Loan IQ, or PrecisionLender.
- Experience in large-scale lending modernization or cloud transformation programs.
- CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification preferred.
