Salesforce Lightning Developer

Location: Boston, MA - Must interview onsite in Boston, MA

Industry: Financial, payment system, Credit Card company

Experience: 7-10 years

Introduction

The Salesforce Lightning Developer will be joining our global team to lead the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce systems across retail and investment management businesses in banking clients. This role will involve collaborating with various teams, designing and developing new features, and ensuring that solutions align with the overall vision.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Lightning
• Work closely with different teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements
• Ensure that Salesforce system is optimized for performance and scalability
• Create custom APEX code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Stay up-to-date on Salesforce best practices and new features

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Salesforce Lightning Developer experience
• Strong proficiency in APEX, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Experience working in the Financial industry or with payment systems or Credit Card companies

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Salesforce development
• Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud
