Job Description
Seeking an AI Analytics Engineer with 3+ years of experience building production dbt models using Snowflake, SQL, and Python. Responsible for transforming SAP/ERP financial and operational data into reliable data marts, semantic models, and analytics-ready datasets for Hex dashboards and LLM-powered analytics.
 
Required Skills
  • Strong experience with dbt Core/Cloud, including incremental models, testing, documentation, and data quality.
  • Advanced SQL, Snowflake, and Python skills.
  • Experience with SAP/ERP data modeling and data marts.
  • Knowledge of semantic layers, business metrics, and BI/dashboard datasets.
  • Hands-on use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, or GitHub Copilot.
  • Experience with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
  • 3+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or BI Engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
 Nice to Have
  • Hex dashboards, Snowflake Cortex Analyst, dbt Semantic Layer/Metric Flow, or Dagster.
  • Energy, utilities, financial services, or asset management experience.
  • Knowledge of financial metrics, revenue modeling, and data governance
