Summary

Business Analyst – Q2 / Pricing & Rules Engine - W2 Only

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience supporting banking pricing, profitability, decisioning, or rules-engine platforms. Direct experience with Q2 PrecisionLender / Relationship Pricing & Profitability is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for commercial pricing and profitability solutions.

• Translate business requirements into pricing rules, decision logic, workflows, and functional specifications.

• Work with Commercial Banking, Credit, Risk, Finance, Product, and Technology teams.

• Define and validate business rules, calculations, pricing parameters, and approval workflows.

• Support integrations with core banking, loan origination, CRM, and data platforms.

• Create user stories and acceptance criteria and support UAT.

• Analyze data and troubleshoot pricing, rules, and integration issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in banking or financial services.

• Experience with Q2/PrecisionLender OR another pricing, decisioning, profitability, or business rules engine.

• Strong understanding of business rules, workflows, and system integrations.

• Commercial lending or banking experience preferred.

• Experience with SQL, APIs, Azure DevOps/Jira, and Agile environments is a plus.
