StaffRight Associates is sourcing for an expanding professional services firm to identify a high-caliber leader for their payroll division. This critical vacancy, arising due to an upcoming retirement, offers the chance to spearhead the comprehensive payroll ecosystem for a substantial organization spanning numerous states and varied tax classifications. In this role, you will champion operational excellence and serve as a vital anchor for the firm’s financial integrity.
What You’ll Do
Champion the end-to-end payroll lifecycle in close alignment with Human Resources personnel and dedicated analytical staff.
Guarantee absolute adherence to all shifting municipal, state, and federal statutory mandates.
Maintain flawless data repositories and generate precise fiscal reports to uphold organizational transparency.
Administer the precise allocation and processing of organizational retirement program contributions.
Drive process efficiencies within a high-velocity, evolving professional services environment.
What You Bring
Architect solutions backed by a University Bachelor''s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Maximize over a decade of deep expertise, requiring 10–15 years of practical Payroll Administration experience.
Navigate the complexities of a diverse geographic footprint utilizing proven Multi-State Payroll Management strategies.
Utilize advanced technical capabilities in ADP Payroll software to streamline enterprise operations.
Synthesize complex financial metrics leveraging advanced Analytical Skills and foundational Accounting methodologies.
Demonstrate elite organizational capabilities paired with meticulous, sharp attention to detail.
Compensation & Total Rewards
Employment Type: Full Time / Direct Hire
Base Compensation: Annual Salary of $90,000 – $115,000 (tailored to experience)
Work Flexibility: Partially Remote structure targeting local talent in the Syracuse, NY region
