* Work Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

* Contract Duration: 12 Months (with possibility of extension)

Par Rate: $58-$62/hr. on W2.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Fixed Income Data Analyst to enhance a business-facing data operational team responsible for supporting Fixed Income data across multiple domains including Analytics, Attribution, and Risk. The role involves supporting and managing foundational datasets, delivering high-quality security analytics, and working closely with global portfolio management, quant, and credit research teams. You will also support enterprise platforms and applications, including Bloomberg PORT.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Fixed Income data operations across analytics, attribution, and risk domains
* Analyze and validate data from multiple sources, including Bloomberg PORT
* Ensure the accuracy of security-level analytics and risk exposures within portfolio systems
* Support business-critical software and data aligned with daily delivery SLAs
* Investigate and resolve data anomalies using logical and analytical approaches
* Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Quants, and global technology teams
* Maintain transparency and follow strong operational best practices
* Support vendor applications and internal systems
Required Skills
* Strong academic background in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
* Hands-on experience with Fixed Income instruments and analytics
* Experience in a data or operational support role
* Strong data analysis and validation experience
* Proficiency in SQL and Excel; Python is a plus
* Familiarity with industry tools such as Bloomberg PORT, Yield Book, or Risk Metrics
* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and within global teams
Preferred Qualifications
* 3-6 years of industry experience
* Experience with global Fixed Income instruments (bonds, derivatives, securitized products)
* Knowledge of portfolio accounting systems or market data platforms
* Experience documenting and improving operational procedures
* General awareness of macro financial markets and asset management industry
