Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Guide and coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices
Remove impediments and ensure smooth progress of sprint goals
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs
Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team performance
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Support multiple Agile teams in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
Drive Agile transformation initiatives across the organization
