Summary

Location: Remote (Preference for Ohio-based candidates)

Core Responsibilities

Agile Collaboration: Thrive in a Scrum environment, facilitating iterative development and continuous improvement.
Backlog Management: Utilize Azure DevOps to organize and track Epics, Features, and User Stories; refine stories to meet the "Definition of Ready."
Artifact Creation: Develop Project Vision Documents, Journey Maps, Business Workflows, and Mock-ups using Visio, Lucidchart, and MS Office.
Product Support: Assist the Product Owner in defining acceptance criteria and managing requirements throughout the SDLC.
Development Liaison: Clarify requirements for technical teams and validate that delivered code meets functional business rules.
QA & Release Support: Assist in test case creation, maintain traceability matrices, and validate deployments during release cycles.

Technical Requirements

Agile Expertise: 9+ years as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment using Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools.
SDLC Lifecycle: 9+ years of experience in backlog refinement and user story lifecycle management.
Documentation: 9+ years of experience creating detailed visual artifacts and project documentation.
Software Proficiency: 9+ years using MS Excel, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent diagramming software.
Soft Skills: Exceptional facilitation, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Certified SAFe Product Owner or experience within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) organization.
