Job Title: GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer
Experience: 9 15 years (with strong AI/ML background)
Location: Atlanta, GA or Sugarland, TX Onsite/Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI systems using LLMs
- Create autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents for task planning, decision-making, and execution
- Implement multi-agent workflows, tool-using agents, and orchestration frameworks
- Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources
- Optimize prompt engineering, memory, reasoning, and feedback loops for agents
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI-driven solutions
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI & LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Experience in Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar
- Proficiency in Python (mandatory); knowledge of FastAPI/Flask is a plus
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.)
- Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
Good to Have:
- Experience in building AI copilots, chatbots, or workflow automation agents
- Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps pipelines
- Prior enterprise or production-scale AI deployments
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and design thinking
- Ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders
- Client-facing experience is a plus
