Job Title: GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer

Experience: 9 15 years (with strong AI/ML background)
Location: Atlanta, GA or Sugarland, TX Onsite/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI systems using LLMs
Create autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents for task planning, decision-making, and execution
Implement multi-agent workflows, tool-using agents, and orchestration frameworks
Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources
Optimize prompt engineering, memory, reasoning, and feedback loops for agents
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI-driven solutions

Technical Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI & LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Experience in Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar
Proficiency in Python (mandatory); knowledge of FastAPI/Flask is a plus
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.)
Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)

Good to Have:

Experience in building AI copilots, chatbots, or workflow automation agents
Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps pipelines
Prior enterprise or production-scale AI deployments

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and design thinking
Ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders
Client-facing experience is a plus
