Job DetailsWe are seeking an Installation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and support the successful delivery of residential and light commercial cabinetry projects. In this role, you will coordinate installation teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure that projects move smoothly from planning through to completion. Your leadership will be critical in managing schedules, ensuring job site readiness, and serving as the primary contact for installers, project managers, and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support installation crews, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Coordinate schedules and workflow to keep projects on track
- Serve as the main point of contact for installers, project managers, and customers
- Monitor installation quality and address any issues or adjustments as needed
- Assist with job site walkthroughs, measurements, and general field support
- Ensure that materials, tools, and documentation are readily available for each project
Qualifications:
- Experience in cabinetry, carpentry, construction management, or related fields
- Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges and support field teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites in the region
