Job :Enterprise Project Manager Consultant

Location : Columbia, SC, USA

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform systems administration and support for:

  • Data Operations Hub

  • Member Management System

  • Atlassian Suite

  • Other supporting systems

• Communicate and coordinate with vendors, Office of Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, and other stakeholders

• Maintain and motivate organizational teams performing Production Support, Helpdesk, Interface Support, and operational activities

• Identify, mitigate, and document operational issues

• Handle internal and external escalations; ensure timely resolution and communicate outcomes

• Ensure compliance with security standards (CMS, SSA) and address audit/security findings

• Collaborate with contract monitors to establish and monitor SLAs

• Respond promptly to operational inquiries and support agency data operations needs

• Promote workforce engagement and maintain a safe, professional, and productive work environment

• Monitor product licensing, support, and maintenance; procure and maintain necessary licenses

• Implement and monitor operational processes including change, release, and incident management

• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce costs

• Produce dashboards and reports to communicate system status to leadership

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience managing system operations and/or administrative functions

• 3+ years of experience in project management managing system operations or administrative functions

• Ability to provide incident management on call and after hours

• Ability to manage external vendors

• Experience managing a ticketing system for application support

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing operations of Medicaid Enterprise systems

• Ability to manage work and provide guidance to employees

• Ability to make presentations and prepare reports

• AWS Cloud certifications

• Atlassian Administration

Additional Skills / Knowledge

• Knowledge of SCDHHS mission, programs, and objectives

• Knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Ability to provide guidance to employees both technical and operational
