Title: Head of Business Value Enterprise AI

Compensation: $110-150/hr DOE
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end business demand pipeline for enterprise AI initiatives, from identifying opportunities through adoption and value realization.
- Partner with business leaders across non-technical functions to understand operational challenges and prioritize AI use cases aligned with strategic objectives.
- Establish and manage a centralized intake and prioritization framework for AI initiatives, ensuring visibility and alignment across stakeholders.
- Evaluate third-party AI platforms and vendors, develop build-versus-buy recommendations, and oversee implementation of selected solutions.
- Define success metrics, adoption measurements, and ROI frameworks to quantify business impact and guide investment decisions.
- Drive enterprise AI adoption through training, change management, and cross-functional engagement strategies.
- Build executive-level relationships and secure sponsorship for key AI initiatives across business functions.
- Develop executive reporting and business value dashboards to communicate progress, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams while serving as the primary business-facing leader for enterprise AI initiatives.
- Support the ongoing evolution of enterprise AI strategy and governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy, product management, consulting, or enterprise technology leadership.
- Minimum 3 years leading complex cross-functional transformation or organizational change initiatives.
- Demonstrated success translating business requirements into technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Experience developing ROI models, business cases, adoption metrics, and executive performance reporting.
- Strong background evaluating software vendors and making strategic build-versus-buy recommendations.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and generative AI technologies sufficient to evaluate capabilities and identify business applications.
- Experience establishing new programs, centers of excellence, or enterprise transformation functions is highly preferred.
- Experience within regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, manufacturing, energy, or other highly governed environments is a plus.
- Change management certification (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar) is preferred but not required.
