Staff Tech is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architecture Lead to support enterprise technology initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Platforms, Advanced Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Enterprise Integration Architecture.
This role will serve as the lead architect responsible for designing, validating, and implementing secure, scalable, and high-performing technology solutions across multiple enterprise programs. The selected consultant will work closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and development teams to drive modernization initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, and advanced analytics platforms.
- 3+ years of experience designing architecture that integrates Generative AI capabilities into Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse environments.
- 5+ years of cloud architecture experience using Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- 5+ years leading cross-functional technical teams in large enterprise environments.
- 5+ years designing and implementing enterprise integration architectures including:
- APIs
- Microservices
- Event-driven architectures
- Data integration platforms
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, scalability, and performance best practices.
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with:
- C#
- Python
- SQL
- Advanced database design and query optimization
- Experience creating enterprise architecture documentation, standards, design patterns, and technical roadmaps.
- Experience with Snowflake and/or AWS Redshift.
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Experience working with AI/ML platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture efforts for AI, cloud, analytics, and data platform initiatives.
- Design and implement scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise environments.
- Define data warehouse architecture, data pipelines, ETL frameworks, and data governance strategies.
- Develop architecture standards, best practices, and technical roadmaps.
- Review and approve solution designs, architecture diagrams, and integration patterns.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and architecture standards.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
- Support production issue resolution and high-priority technical investigations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders on strategic technology initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement across architecture, engineering, and delivery practices.
