Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Actimize Developer with 6 8 years of hands-on experience in the NICE Actimize platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining financial crime prevention solutions leveraging AI and machine learning technologies.
The developer will focus on IFM, ActOne, and AI-driven capabilities to detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent activities while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Design software solutions to address business requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain financial crime solutions using the Actimize platform, with a focus on:
Integrated Fraud Management (IFM)
ActOne
Onboard consumers of deployed applications.
Write, test, and deploy high-quality code.
Prepare technical and procedural documentation.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and debug software issues.
Assist in automating manual testing processes.
Build custom components including Policy Manager rules, plugins, workflows, and dashboards within ActOne and Risk Case Manager (RCM).
Integrate Actimize with external financial applications and data sources using real-time data feeds such as Kafka or MQ.
Manage platform upgrades, service packs, and patch deployments.
Develop complex SQL/PLSQL queries for data management, system analysis, and model calibration using Oracle and SQL Server databases.

Essential Qualifications:
6 8 years of experience in Actimize development.
Strong expertise in IFM and ActOne modules.
Experience applying AI and ML capabilities (e.g., InvestigateAI within ActOne) to enhance fraud detection and automate workflows.
In-depth knowledge of core Actimize modules, including:
Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) Fraud prevention and detection
ActOne AI-enabled unified case management
Actimize Intelligent Server (AIS) Analytics and data processing
Risk Case Manager (RCM) Alert management and workflow customization
Strong understanding of financial fraud and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
