Our client is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong Employee Central (EC) expertise to support a high-demand HR systems environment. This role requires a hands-on, senior resource who can quickly step in to manage configurations, support ongoing operations, and drive system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hands-on configuration in Employee Central (workflows, business rules, RBP, data models)
- Support day-to-day operations and system enhancements across HR modules
- Partner with HR teams to streamline and automate processes
- Assist with SuccessFactors bi-annual releases (impact analysis, testing, updates)
- Contribute to configuration and support across Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, and PMGM
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with deep expertise in Employee Central
- Strong hands-on configuration experience (workflows, RBP, business rules)
- Experience supporting live environments and release cycles
- Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly
Salary/Rate: $50-$55/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
