Senior QA Analyst Backend

Description
Develop a thorough understanding of eCommerce products to be tested, including functional and technical requirements and customer business processes. Actively participate in planning sessions and all scrum ceremonies, providing meaningful inputs. Collaborate with the scrum team and product owner to develop test scenarios for producing test cases and scripts. Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts based on new product feature requirements and defect fixes. Create and execute regression test packs. Review requirements/specifications for testability and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to validate product acceptance criteria. Specify requirements for environment data resources and tools, ensuring appropriate test environments are provisioned. Create detailed test scenarios and cases. Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in software testing. Strong hands-on experience testing front-end and back-end eCommerce systems. Extensive experience in defining manual/automated functional test specifications, test execution, and reporting. Experience with API Testing (Postman) and Jenkins for CI/CD. Ability to understand complex business and technical domains. Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment. Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail. Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude. Strong organizational skills. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. Passion for software quality.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $37.98/hr.
