We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a team of talented professionals. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Quality Assurance and Automated Testing, with a keen interest in software engineering and deployment. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities:

As a QA Automation Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Designing and implementing automated testing processes and strategies for our software products.
2. Utilizing QA tools and processes to ensure the highest quality product delivery.
3. Working closely with the software engineering team to understand product specifications and develop appropriate test strategies.
4. Identifying, recording, and tracking bugs and errors using systems like Jira, TestRail, and Zephyr.
5. Collaborating with the development team to ensure consistent project execution and help implement design changes and new features.
6. Integrating and maintaining the automation suite within the CI/CD pipeline for continuous deployment.
7. Conducting thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
8. Developing and maintaining documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
9. Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the QA Automation Engineer position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in QA automation.
3. Extensive experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium and Cypress.
4. Proficiency in ERP and manufacturing environments.
5. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
6. Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
7. Solid understanding of coding languages and experience with software development.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
10. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
