The Opportunity: The IT Strategic Operations Analyst will be a cru cia l member of the Strategic Operations Group within the Chief Information Office ( CIO ) . This role involves overseeing the organization's relationships with IT vendors, ensuring the alignment of vendor services with the strategic goals of the company, and managing various aspects of vendor contracts, procurement, and budget . Additionally, the role will focus on strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and organizational development to support the CIO's objectives. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required .
What You'll Do: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors, ensuring mutual understanding of expectations and deliverables.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and support the CIO's objectives.
- Oversee the IT vendor budget , ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to finan cia l constraints.
- Monitor and improve operational performance, ensuring that strategic goals are met and processes are optimized.
- Calculate key performance indicators ( KPIs ) and finan cia l met rics to support strategic decisions and provide insights on operational performance and efficiency.

You Have: - 4+ years of experience in IT vendor management, finan cia l analysis, or strategic operations
- Experience with budget management, forecasting, and project management, focusing on finan cia l met rics and analysis
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Experience in strategic finan cia l planning and implementing operational efficiency initiatives
- Experience using Micro sof t Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
Nice If You Have: - Experience using Micro sof t Excel
- Experience with Python and transforming large datasets

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
