Role: SAP Transformation Consultant

Location: Richardson, TX

Duration: Contract (Hybrid)

Job description:

• Day to Day Job Duties (What this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
• Own the overall transformation vision, business outcomes and roadmap.
• Drive transformation across end-to-end business flows including Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Service and Settle.
• Ensure alignment across SAP Digital Core, B2B, OMS, POS, B2C commerce, PIM/PLM, CRM, data, integration and external partner platforms.
• Partner with executive and business stakeholders to define priorities, resolve cross-functional issues and drive timely decisions.
• Provide transformation consulting and strategic guidance to business and technology stakeholders.
• Challenge unnecessary customization and promote global process standardization and leading practices.
• Establish and govern transformation principles, process ownership and business decision-making.
• Ensure business processes operate seamlessly across organizational and technology boundaries.
• Align business transformation, technology delivery, organizational change and benefits realization.
• Manage major transformation dependencies and risks with the Program Manager and PMO.
• Drive business readiness, operating-model changes and adoption.
• Ensure transformation decisions support omnichannel customer experience and global consumer-products operating model.

Basic Qualifications (What are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each?)

• 12+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, or large-scale technology-enabled transformation.
• Proven experience leading enterprise transformations involving SAP S/4HANA and multiple surrounding enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of O2C, S2P, Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory/Warehouse, Service and Compliance processes.
• Experience in process harmonization, operating-model transformation and organizational change.
• Demonstrated ability to work with C-suite and senior business executives.
• Strong business consulting and stakeholder management experience.

Degree: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Nice to Have (But not a must)

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle retail, consumer products or branded retail, preferably within a global omnichannel organization.
• Strong understanding of merchandising/product lifecycle, digital commerce, stores/POS, order management and global supply chain.
