Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Lead full lifecycle project execution for modernization of legacy analytics platforms
• Coordinate across business, IT, and federal teams to manage scope, risks, sprints, vendors, and budgets
• Deliver project documentation aligned with DIR and federal compliance, including IAPDs and RFPs 

Minimum Candidate Characteristics:

• 8+ years in IT project management, including Agile delivery and full SDLC oversight
• Active PMP certification
• Hands-on experience in data management (warehouses, lakes), BI, or SOA-based systems 

• Experience with an HHS agency
• Experience leading healthcare/public health IT projects/initiatives
• Experience with access & eligibility programs
