TEKsystems is seeking an experienced
Digital Workplace Supervisor to lead the technology strategy, operations, and employee-experience initiatives across a modern enterprise environment. This leader will own the digital workplace technology roadmap, ensuring seamless operations across the company's hardware, collaboration, and end-user experience ecosystem.
This role combines team leadership, strategic innovation, and hands-on operational oversight to reduce digital friction, improve service delivery, and evolve the organization's digital workplace capabilities.
ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Workplace Engineers, Desktop Engineers, and IT Hardware Specialists.
- Own and advance the Digital Workplace technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation across digital workplace services and processes.
- Ensure alignment with ITIL v4, service desk best practices, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Operational Excellence- Manage hardware lifecycle operations, including asset planning, deployment, and refresh cycles.
- Oversee collaboration tools and drive organization-wide adoption to enhance employee communication and productivity.
- Partner closely with IT Security, Compliance, Architecture, and vendor partners to ensure secure and scalable solutions.
Automation, Experience & Analytics- Leverage DEX (Digital Employee Experience) platforms, monitoring tools, and analytics to reduce digital friction and enhance user sentiment.
- Integrate automation, self-healing, and proactive monitoring capabilities to reduce incidents and improve stability.
- Support ServiceNow/ITSM integration efforts to modernize operations and evolve toward proactive, AI-driven service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Customer-Centric Mindset with a focus on delivering a seamless, positive digital employee experience.
- Strong understanding of emerging workplace technologies, collaboration platforms, and endpoint management trends.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise IT deployment projects, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience integrating or supporting DEX platforms with ServiceNow/ITSM workflows.
- Ability to work outside standard business hours as needed; up to 15% travel.
- Excellent communication, cross-team collaboration, and vendor management skills.
Additional Preferred Experience- Experience with automation and scripting tools in a digital workplace ecosystem.
- Familiarity with modern endpoint management platforms (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE, JAMF).
- Background in enterprise collaboration suites (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, etc.).
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menasha, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $45.00/hr.
