Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, project management, or a related discipline.
Eight or more years of professional project or program management experience.
Five or more years managing Microsoft cloud, enterprise application, IT service management, or digital transformation projects.
Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, security, identity, Power Platform, or enterprise business applications.
Experience managing time-and-materials work, funded ceilings, labor-hour usage, and backlog-driven delivery.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, ITIL, or comparable service delivery methodologies.
Experience managing incidents, service levels, risks, issues, change control, quality control, and customer reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prepare clear project plans, reports, risk registers, meeting materials, and executive-level status summaries.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional certification or equivalent recognized project management certification.
Certified ScrumMaster, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, or comparable Agile certification.
ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
Experience supporting federal agencies or similarly regulated organizations.
Experience working in environments subject to federal information security, records management, accessibility, and change-control requirements.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Planner, or comparable project and ticket management platforms.
