We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer with experience in building modern, scalable web applications. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack features from user interface to data persistence. The objective is to ensure performance, security, and high-quality user experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ReactJS for front-end development and Java for backend services, along with an understanding of databases, Kafka microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features from user interface to data persistence.
- Build modern, scalable web applications using ReactJS for front-end development.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java, preferably with Spring Boot.
- Work with databases, including writing SQL queries and performing performance tuning.
- Implement and manage Kafka microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team environment following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both front-end and back-end components.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack roles.
- Proficiency in ReactJS, including component-based architecture, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and hooks.
- Hands-on experience with Core Java and Spring Boot for building backend services.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of databases, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful web services.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end tooling like Webpack or Babel.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, JUnit, or Mockito.
- Exposure to automated front-end testing tools like Cypress or Playwright.
- Familiarity with database performance tuning and PL/SQL optimization.
- Understanding of security best practices, including authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT).
- Experience in a DevOps-oriented environment and with deployment automation.
- Experience working in a large enterprise or financial services environment.
