Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving customer-centric strategies and managing research projects that influence key business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop annual research roadmaps based on business priorities through proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into actionable research plans and oversee project timelines.
• Conduct kickoff meetings to align on research objectives, budget, and timelines.
• Create and deliver insightful reports and presentations that drive strategic recommendations for the business.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and insights.
• Work with third-party vendors to manage project execution and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Skills

• Substantial experience in Marketing Research, Consumer Insights, or Strategy/Management consulting (5+ years).
• Proven ability to deliver consumer-led business outcomes and synthesize information into clear narratives.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience managing third-party vendors and collaborating on research projects.
