Location: Plano/Dallas, TX |15+ Years Experience Required

Duration: Long-term Contract - Day 1 Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead end-to-end Salesforce solutions with strong focus on Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder).
• Define integration patterns between Marketing Cloud and Sales/Service Cloud, external systems, data lakes, and third-party marketing tools.
• Design scalable data models, data pipelines, and personalization frameworks for omni-channel customer journeys (Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, Web).
• Drive performance optimization, data quality, consent management, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
• Collaborate with business, marketing, and analytics teams to translate marketing strategies into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years on Salesforce platform and strong hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud.
• Deep experience with:
  • Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio
  • AMPscript, SSJS, APIs, REST/SOAP integrations
• Strong experience integrating Marketing Cloud with:
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • External CRMs, CDP, data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift)
• Expertise in architecture patterns:
  • Event-driven integration, API-led connectivity, data synchronization
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), identity resolution, and consent management.
• Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and marketing automation programs.
