Key Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate, hands-on, and remote help-desk support, including troubleshooting network, Wi-Fi, and peripheral issues across multiple local client sites.

  • Administer and maintain network environments, primarily involving enterprise-grade firewall and wireless technologies, ensuring optimal performance and security.

  • Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to implement upgrades, document infrastructure, and ensure all systems align with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Network Administrator with a strong foundation in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching).

  • Demonstrated ability to configure and troubleshoot LAN switches (VLANs, segmentation) and enterprise-level wireless access points.

  • Proficiency in network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting techniques, with particular experience supporting essential logistics equipment (e.g., scanners).

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service orientation and a professional, positive demeanor.

  • Willingness to travel locally between multiple client sites and maintain on-call availability for operational continuity.
