Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support Client FileNet P8/Content Manager solutions.
- Develop and maintain FileNet workflows using Client Business Automation Workflow / Case Manager.
- Configure object stores, document classes, properties, metadata, security, and retention policies.
- Develop integrations between FileNet and enterprise applications using Java, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Customize FileNet components and troubleshoot application and production issues.
- Develop, execute, and support unit, integration, and regression testing.
- Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and production support.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to offshore/onshore teams.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, FileNet Content Engine, FileNet Process Engine, and Client Content Navigator (ICN).
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP web services, and enterprise application integration.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with application servers and Linux/Windows environments.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes.
- Experience with Client Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and Client Case Manager / Case Foundation.
- Knowledge of FileNet-to-cloud or legacy-content migration.
- Experience integrating FileNet with .NET/Java applications.
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud and DevOps, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD.
- Background in the healthcare or insurance industry.
