Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Boston, MA.
Summary:
Are you a seasoned software engineer who loves building modern applications, solving complex problems, and exploring the latest AI technologies? We're looking for a hands-on technical leader to join a highly collaborative team developing innovative cloud-based solutions that make a real impact.
What You'll Do:
* Design, build, and enhance modern full-stack web applications
* Develop scalable backend services and intuitive user experiences

REQUIREMENTS:
* Extensive experience developing production-grade web applications
* Practical experience leveraging AI tools and capabilities within software development
* Experience with cloud-native development, DevOps, and CI/CD
* Experience working in regulated or compliance-focused environments
* Experience with cloud platforms, databases, APIs, and software architecture
* Background in AI-driven applications, automation, or intelligent workflows
* Strong expertise with modern JavaScript frameworks and backend development
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills
* Passion for innovation, collaboration, and building high-quality solutions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
