Sr Data Analyst
Peoria, IL( Onsite- 5 Days a week)

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of advanced analytics solutions for equipment telemetry, IoT sensor data, and operational datasets.
Perform exploratory data analysis on large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Apply machine learning algorithms to solve real-world business problems, including predictive maintenance and anomaly detection.
Architect and deploy scalable ML models into production environments.
Collaborate with Client engineering and business teams to translate insights into operational strategies.
Design dashboards and visualization tools for real-time monitoring of fleet health and performance.
Ensure adherence to Client's data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership on projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in performing exploratory data analysis on large and complex datasets.
Strong track record of applying machine learning algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
Hands-on experience with Python machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy).
Experience on SQL Server for data extraction and manipulation.
Knowledge of Azure platform and cloud-based ML deployment.
7+ years of experience in data science roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with Client's product lines or heavy equipment industry.
Expertise in big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop) and time-series analysis.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
