AI Project Manager (AI/ML Delivery | Agile | Enterprise Programs)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and deliver AI and AI-integrated projects from initiation to deployment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing AI/ML projects, working closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End AI Project Delivery

• Manage full lifecycle of AI projects:
  • Initiation Planning Execution Deployment Closure
• Ensure delivery within:
  • Scope, timeline, and budget

Project Planning & Execution

• Define:
  • Project scope
  • Timelines
  • Milestones
  • Deliverables
• Manage:
  • Multiple workstreams across AI initiatives

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with:
  • Data Scientists
  • AI/ML Engineers
  • Architects
  • Business stakeholders
• Act as:
  • Primary point of contact for project communication

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify:
  • Risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Develop:
  • Mitigation strategies
• Track and resolve issues proactively

AI Solution Alignment

• Ensure alignment between:
  • Business requirements
  • AI/ML technical solutions
• Support translation of:
  • Business needs Technical execution

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track:
  • Project progress
  • KPIs and deliverables
• Provide:
  • Regular status updates to stakeholders

Quality & Governance

• Ensure adherence to:
  • Quality standards
  • Compliance requirements
  • Governance frameworks

Agile Delivery

• Work within:
  • Agile / Scrum / Hybrid models
• Facilitate:
  • Sprint planning
  • Stand-ups
  • Reviews
