Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain PeopleSoft applications and system enhancements.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into technical specifications and application solutions.
- Develop integrations, interfaces, reports, batch processes, and database solutions to support enterprise applications.
- Perform application support, troubleshooting, code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6+ years of experience in software or enterprise application development, including experience with application maintenance and integration.

|
Technical Skills
|
PeopleSoft Development, PeopleCode, SQL, Application Integration, REST APIs, Java, Database Development, Linux/Scripting
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Enterprise Application Development, Systems Analysis, Application Support, Requirements Analysis, Software Testing, Agile Development
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise application integrations, APIs, microservices, batch processing, or cloud technologies.
- Experience with PeopleSoft development components, reporting, workflow, interfaces, and application configuration.
