Description
We are looking for a dynamic Director of Enterprise Systems to join our team in Seguin, Texas. In this role, you will drive the strategic vision for IT operations, ensuring the modernization and resilience of enterprise systems while fostering innovation and collaboration. This position requires an experienced leader with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications, as well as a commitment to enhancing organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership to design long-term IT strategies that align with organizational goals and support growth.
Lead and mentor teams across IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and operational services to ensure excellence.
Oversee the performance, availability, and security of systems including networks, servers, databases, and cloud platforms.
Drive digital transformation initiatives and promote continuous improvement across all technology operations.
Manage the development and integration of platforms that support spatial analysis, asset management, and operational planning.
Ensure systems are properly maintained through upgrades, patching, standards compliance, and documentation.
Support cybersecurity measures by implementing security policies, operational controls, and incident response strategies.
Conduct risk assessments for critical systems and establish mitigation plans to enhance resilience.
Direct cross-functional projects, ensuring coordination and alignment with organizational priorities.
Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and system improvements.
Requirements
Extensive experience with IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
Proficiency in GIS platforms, spatial data management, and enterprise applications.
Knowledge of SCADA systems, industrial control architecture, and OT cybersecurity.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on strategic planning.
Excellent communication skills to build relationships across stakeholders and departments.
Ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and competing priorities effectively.
Expertise in tools such as Active Directory, Cisco technologies, and backup solutions.
Familiarity with configuration management, computer hardware, and GIS databases.
