What will your day look like?

As a Systems Administrator, you will:

• Administer and maintain enterprise business applications and platforms

• Manage user accounts, security profiles, permission sets, and access controls

• Configure system functionality to support business operations and evolving requirements

• Plan, coordinate, and implement system updates, releases, and enhancements

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Participate in requirements sessions, project meetings, and system planning activities

• Develop user stories, process documentation, workflow diagrams, and system specifications

• Serve as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and third-party vendors

• Evaluate the technical feasibility of business requests and recommend appropriate solutions

• Support system testing, validation, and implementation efforts

• Create and maintain application documentation, workflows, and support materials

• Help improve system efficiency, user experience, and business processes

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support successful adoption of system changes and enhancements


You will be a good fit for this role if you have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Business Systems Analysis, Application Support, or a related role

• Experience supporting enterprise business systems and applications

• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document user requirements

• Experience creating user stories, business process documentation, and system requirements

• Understanding of system configuration and application administration principles

• Experience supporting software implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and requirements management practices

• Experience working with databases, reporting tools, queries, and data analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent customer service and stakeholder relationship management abilities

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment


Nice-to-Haves

• Experience supporting quality management, compliance, workflow, or process-management applications

• Experience with business process mapping and workflow design

• Experience supporting enterprise software integrations

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts

• Experience coordinating with software vendors and third-party partners

• Experience supporting application security and user-access administration

• Knowledge of reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence tools

• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
