Job Title: Veeva QMS Business Analyst
Location: Princeton, New Jersey - Hybrid

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Veeva QMS Business Analyst with strong expertise in business requirements gathering, BRD/FRS documentation, gap analysis, and workflow configuration within regulated Life Sciences environments.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Quality teams, and technical teams to analyze business processes, manage system requirements, and support Veeva Quality Management System (QMS) implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements, BRDs, and FRSs.
  • Perform gap analysis and support workflow, lifecycle, and metadata configuration in Veeva QMS.
  • Support Quality Events, CAPA, Change Control, Audit Management, and Document Management processes.
  • Assist with test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and testing lifecycle support.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and other applicable Life Sciences regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Veeva Vault QMS.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management processes and regulated Life Sciences environments.
  • Expertise in business analysis, requirements documentation, and process mapping.
  • Experience in UAT, functional testing, and defect management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
