Business Analyst with Case Management System Experience
Location: Remote (West Coast candidates preferred)
Duration: 1 Year
Key Requirements
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in legacy system modernization projects.
- Experience with Case Management Systems and business process analysis.
- Ability to document As-Is and To-Be workflows with SMEs.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, business rules documentation, and process improvement.
- Hands-on experience analyzing Oracle databases, data structures, and dependencies.
- Experience with data migration, source-to-target mapping, data conversion, and validation.
- Knowledge of testing, data reconciliation, and user acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Analyze legacy applications and define future-state processes.
- Create data mapping and migration documentation.
- Identify data quality issues and support migration activities.
- Develop test cases and validate migrated data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Domain experience in Family Law, Adoptions, Juvenile Dependency, or related Case Management environments is highly preferred.
