Summary

Requirements
  • 3 or more years of experience in technical support for Windows 11 and Microsoft O365 environments.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory administration including user permissions and password resets.
  • Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity, VPN access, and RDP sessions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams IP phone systems and Exchange Admin portal management.
  • Experience with security and authentication platforms including OKTA and Crowdstrike.
  • Experience in PowerShell scripting for automated problem resolution and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Resolve technical support tickets across diverse hardware, software, and cloud platforms.
  • Provide comprehensive onsite and remote troubleshooting for enterprise end-user equipment.
  • Manage user accounts and directory objects within Active Directory and Exchange Admin.
  • Coordinate hardware deployments and repairs for laptops, peripherals, and IP phone systems.
  • Document and prioritize technical issues within an enterprise ticket tracking system.
  • Support cloud-based environments and collaboration tools including AWS and SharePoint.
  • Implement security updates and monitor authentication protocols via OKTA and Crowdstrike.
