OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused
Project Manager to lead multiple high-visibility, in-flight initiatives within Digital Workspace Services. This role requires strong PM fundamentals, the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations, and the discipline to drive schedules, alignment, and accountability across complex, cross-functional efforts.
The ideal candidate thrives in enterprise environments, turns vague requirements into structured action, and navigates governance, process, and stakeholder dynamics with confidence.
Key ResponsibilitiesCore Project Management Execution- Translate loosely defined or evolving requirements into actionable project plans
- Build and maintain schedules, milestones, due dates, owners, and risk logs
- Facilitate alignment across technical and business teams
- Drive accountability through clear ownership and consistent follow-up
- Support senior leadership while acting as the engine of project delivery
Project Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement- Coordinate tasks, deliverables, and cross-team dependencies
- Engage across architecture, cyber, engineering, partnerships, and business teams
- Prepare status updates, dashboards, and escalation paths
- Navigate enterprise governance processes (ARB, cyber review cycles, CLARA, REPM)
Project Areas You Will Support1. Service Desk AI Chatbot Pilot- High-visibility, AI-driven initiative with enterprise exposure
- Through ARB Stages 1 & 2; currently in CLARA/cyber review
- Requires careful orchestration and stakeholder communication
2. "Follow Me" Program (Business Unit Transitioning)- Supports cross-business-unit workforce movement and transition experience
- Fast-paced effort requiring wide stakeholder alignment
- Requires rapid ramp-up on existing artifacts and in-flight work
3. Executive VIP List Modernization (ServiceNow)- Clean-up and standardization of a legacy VIP user list
- Partnership with Executive Support to streamline ongoing maintenance
- Drive long-term governance and operational consistency
Required Skills & ExperienceProject Management Fundamentals (Non-Negotiable)- Strong ability to create structured action plans and milestone tracks
- High accountability, ownership, and follow-through
- Excellent clarity, organization, and attention to detail
Technical & Enterprise Environment Experience- Background in infrastructure, end-user computing, or enterprise technology
- Familiarity with governance frameworks such as:
- Architectural Review Boards (ARB)
- Cyber/CLARA review cycles
- Enterprise risk or REPM-type processes
- Ability to understand and communicate technical dependencies
Leadership & Communication- Comfortable working on high-visibility projects with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in politically sensitive environments
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting AI or automation initiatives
- ServiceNow familiarity (Incident/Request workflows, VIP structures)
- Exposure to cross-business-unit programs
- Experience working with or within a PMO

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Richardson, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr.
