Our client is leading a company-wide customer experience rebrand that will span mobile, web, authentication, engagement surfaces, and shared platforms. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own and drive this highly visible, cross-portfolio initiative.
This role requires more than coordination - it demands strong organizational leadership, credibility with engineering and product leaders, and the ability to create clarity at speed. • Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional, multi-team initiatives with executive visibility
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a track record of creating order, transparency, and accountability
  • Strong ability to synthesize and communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
  • Proven credibility with senior engineering leaders, including comfort discussing technical tradeoffs and dependencies
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new domains, systems, and team dynamics
  • Natural presence and charisma - able to influence, motivate, and align without formal authority
  • FinTech, (esp. Mobile Banking apps, PFM), Financial Services or Technology experience.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Deep experience with Agile and Waterfall technology approaches a plus.
  • SAFe SA or other certification preferred
  • Experience in consumer-facing products or regulated industries is a plus

What You Will Be Doing:
Daily Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of our client's customer experience rebrand across multiple portfolios and teams
  • Design and maintain clear, lightweight program structure (plans, timelines, dependency maps, decision logs) that scales across stakeholders
  • Distill complex, fast-moving information into concise, high-signal updates that executives and partners can quickly understand and act on
  • Build strong working relationships and credibility with Engineering, Product, and Design leads, enabling decisive execution
  • Proactively identify risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies; surface them early with clear options and recommendations
  • Adapt plans quickly as strategy, scope, or constraints evolve - maintaining momentum without creating churn
  • Facilitate alignment across Product, UX, Engineering, Brand, Marketing, and Compliance teams
  • Serve as a calm, confident program leader who brings clarity, energy, and momentum to complex initiatives
