IVR Support Engineer

Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months contract

Summary:
This is a 3month short term assignment on NICE opportunity. The resource have to be experienced and should be able to handled work without any handholding.

This will include NICE defects to be resolved, script change, update and development, Enhancement will not be part of this scope.

Go-Live Support Requested inclusion of:
Go-live support
Production issue resolution
Defect triage and fixes

IVR Capabilities Need support for:
IVR flow design and development
IVR flow modifications
NICE IVR development support

Voice & Script Development Requested capabilities include:
Voice script development
Script updates and maintenance
Voice experience improvements
